Blind Design started in 1996 as a shop at home business. Blind Design brings the showroom to your home or office! While at the age of 16, from 1983 to 1996, Bob Petrillo worked for the retail store Gladstone & Sons Paint & Window Treatment in Woodmere, NY. There, he learned the business from the bottom up. When opportunity knocked, he went out on his own and launched Blind Design.
Today we are happy to say that 90% of all jobs are either repeat business or referrals from satisfied customers, decorators and contractors. Bob takes great pride in performing all work from sales, measuring, installation to repairs. Being raised around the window treatment business, Bob's oldest son has now joined the team making Blind Design a family business. We are looking forward to working with you!
